Annual Family Check-in

In order to make the transition into the coming school year, we need a parent/guardian in the current student’s primary household to review and sign permission forms and update (if needed) the student’s household information, emergency contacts and health information. Annual Family Check-In is located in the Parent Portal Account. For assistance, please contact Portal@TSD.org

This process is required for ALL current students. Please click on "More" in your Parent Portal account for the Annual Family Check-In Link, then select Begin Registration. See the image below for more details.
